Foreigners in Solidarity with the Bolivarian Revolution is a network of activists who are currently living in Merida but who come from a range of countries, including United States, Australia, Italy, and Spain.
We organise solidarity with the Venezuelan revolution from within the country, including writing letters to the editors of the mainstream foreign media which distorts the revolution here, and articles informing people of the struggles and movements occuring around us. When appropriate we solicit solidarity messages or help from outside including donations for such struggles.
Within Venezuela we organise forums around various themes (related to our unique experience of life and struggle in the countries we come from) or, when invited, speak at meetings of communities or organisations with that specific perspective.
